About us
Cosmo Coffee stands for sustainable coffee enjoyment with tradition: For three decades, we have been growing our Single Estate Coffee on the family-owned Fazenda Ipiranga in south-eastern Brazil. We combine our experience with modern cultivation techniques to create coffee with taste and a future.
FIELD
We have been producing our own coffee for three decades: in the south of Minas Gerais, one of the best coffee regions in Brazil. On the family-owned fazenda, where coffee has been cultivated since 1875, we have maintained the natural, Brazilian way of cultivation. The same care is taken in the traditional drying process, which we handle with patience and attention to detail.
FLAVOUR
Taste is one of the most important quality criteria for coffee. This is why our beans are sent directly after drying to our roasting partners, where they are gently roasted in small batches. From here on, it is in their hands to artfully elicit the aroma from our coffee beans that delights coffee fans, baristas and gourmets alike.
FUTURE
The engagement for people and the environment has been driving us since our foundation. With a school and modern housing, we offer our local employees a contemporary quality of life. Sustainable farming takes care of the resources and allows for a natural, long-term coffee production.
The new generation
As brother and sister, we share a love and passion for coffee, as well as a desire for transparent and responsible trade. This is what inspired us to lead by example and found Cosmo Coffee. Inherently, we are a tight team and are excited to continue the family tradition and lead it into the future together.

We have been working with the Rast roasting company since the very beginning of Cosmo Coffee. When roasting our coffee, we rely on the know-how of four generations of the family business.
Amann
For the production of our coffee capsules, we work together with the family-run Amann roasting company. There, our coffee beans develop their full flavour in the aroma roasting process.
